Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Gemini, the LLM Extension, and NotebookLM to streamline administrative tasks and automate workflows.
  • Experience providing support to executives within a changing environment, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, provide counsel, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust plans on short notice while still adhering to overall goals.
  • Ability to organize efficiently and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

In this role, you will deliver industry-leading Operating Systems and Platforms (OSP) systems infrastructure powering Google's AI-first products, research, and cloud to accelerate the future through a combination of velocity, reliability, and security that enables unmatched development speed for our internal and external customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$133,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to leaders, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, facilities and seating requests, and expense report processing.
  • Serve as a trusted and transparent business partner, effectively establishing relationships with cross-functional teams and executives. Maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Manage communications for Executive Director and OSP organizations, including emails, slide decks, Town Halls, All Hands, and Summits.
  • Coordinate comprehensive technical review calendars for Product Security (PS3) and OSP teams.
  • Act as the Space Captain for the OSP team in Sunnyvale, managing space allocation and seat assignments for over 600 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and embedded partners.
