Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, work separately, and anticipate project interdependencies and triage issues accordingly.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills at the executive level.

Responsibilities
- Operate separately on administrative tasks with minimal supervision (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
- Plan, manage, and execute events from team events (i.e., digital and in-person), all hands, leadership forums, and other celebrations and milestones.
- Lead and manage ad hoc programs to further the organization/leader's business goals. Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with the executives and the teams they manage, as well as within the administrative community.
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization.
