Position Overview
We are searching for a dynamic and ambitious Account Executive to join our innovative team in Houston, TX. As part of a specialized group of 3-5 professionals, you will play a central role in driving sales and expanding our client base in a thriving tech environment. The position requires regular travel to nearby major cities, providing fresh avenues to engage with diverse markets and enhance our regional footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.io to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate comprehensive sales reports.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our cutting-edge solutions to potential clients.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industries.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and HubSpot Sales Software Certification are mandatory.
- Proficiency in using technology stacks including Outreach.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in Salesforce and HubSpot will be highly regarded.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
