We are in search of a future - ready Product Manager who is insights driven and passionate about bring technology to the workspace, making work fun, and is motivated to learn and grow.In the Global Business Unit (GBU) of Displays and Docking Solutions, this pivotal role serves as a subject matter expert, executing strategies to drive business growth. It involves integrating product management process knowledge, business acumen, and supply and demand expertise into actionable plans for new product introductions (NPI) and sustaining products. This role requires a blend of problem-solving skills and strategic planning to ensure the successful execution of business objectives. Job Responsibilities:Manage product strategy and lifecycle for docking solutions.Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including launch and end-of-life transition planning.Deliver timely product launches that enhance ecosystems through integrated hardware and software experiences.Foster a growth mindset and continuously explore emerging technologies and solutions.Leverage expertise in endpoint management, management and productivity software tools, and foundational AI technologies.Solve complex challenges using PLC processes, data analysis, and customer insights.Serve as a trusted product expert for sales teams, supporting customer and partner engagements.Conduct competitive analysis to maintain differentiation and market leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate product benefits and customer experience.Engage with customers and end users to gather feedback and inform product improvements.Knowledge and Skills:Influence outcomes effectively without formal authority by demonstrating agility and enthusiasm.Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.Communicate clearly and persuasively through written, oral, and visual formats with all levels of management.Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions on product trade-offs.Apply strong business acumen to guide strategic initiatives.Demonstrate proactive, self-starting behavior with curiosity, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.  Required Education & Experience:BA or BS in marketing or technology field; post-graduate degree preferred.5+ years work experience, preferably in product marketing, program management or operational experience. Proven record of ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
