Senior leadership role overseeing Bellesa’s influencer revenue engine across booking, execution, and performance. THE ROLE Bellesa runs one of the largest influencer programs in women's wellness. We're looking for a VP to own this engine end-to-end: the team, the deals, the performance, and the strategy. This is a general management role as much as a marketing one. You'll be accountable for ROAS, deal economics, and team output across bookers and account managers. You know how to run a sales-style operation, price deals with data, and keep a large team motivated and hitting targets. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of 10–15, including Director of IM, deal bookers, and campaign coordinatorsSet individual and team performance targets; run weekly pipeline and performance reviewsCoach to close — help bookers level up on outreach, negotiation, and relationship managementMaintain team morale and culture in a fully remote, high-output environmentGenuinely excited about using AI (Claude specifically) as a core part of your workflow. We run on Claude across the business- we expect this role to lead by example and push the team to work faster and sharper with AI, not just tolerate it.
