We’re hiring a Video Marketing Strategist who can sit across the table from senior marketers and confidently answer: “If video is supposed to move the needle… what should we actually be making, and why?” This is a strategy seat with real ownership — you’ll run a portfolio of clients (with your coordinator) and ensure video strategy turns into high-performing creative. This is a high-growth role for someone early in their strategy career (typically 3–6 years experience) who wants to become a senior video & marketing strategist.
