DescriptionLocation: Fully-RemoteJob Type: Full-Time, Non-ExemptPosition Overview:The Video Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, producing, and distributing video content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and client education. This mid-level role requires both creative execution and strategic thinking, with a strong understanding of B2B audiences and professional services marketing.Key Responsibilities:Video Strategy & PlanningDevelop video concepts aligned with marketing objectives, campaigns, and buyer journey stagesCollaborate with marketing, sales, and subject-matter experts to translate complex investigative services into clear visual narrativesMaintain a video content calendar aligned with broader marketing initiativesBrand Presence & Employer Brand SupportServe as an on-camera brand ambassador for select video and social content, representing the firm’s values, professionalism, and cultureParticipate in occasional short-form social media content that supports employer branding and recruitment efforts (e.g., behind-the-scenes, culture highlights, day-in-the-life, careers-focused videos)Collaborate with marketing and HR to create authentic video content that attracts talent while maintaining a professional, credible B2B brand presenceSupport the firm’s visibility on platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels through personality-driven, compliant content when appropriateEnsure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and confidentiality standardsContent Production, & ComplianceScript, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including:Brand and explainer videosThought leadership and educational contentClient testimonials and case studies (as appropriate)Social media and website videosManage lighting, audio, framing, and post-production to ensure professional standardsCreate motion graphics, captions, and basic animations when neededWork within legal, ethical, and regulatory constraints relevant to investigative servicesDistribution, Optimization & PerformancePublish and optimize video content across channels (website, LinkedIn, YouTube, email campaigns, sales enablement)Adapt long-form content into short-form clips for social media and campaignsApply SEO and platform best practices (titles, thumbnails, captions, CTAs)Track and report on video performance metrics (engagement, completion rate, conversions)Use insights to refine content strategy and improve future videosFull-Time Benefits:Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Supplemental Health Benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts401K with Company MatchAbout Us:Frasco has been in business for 60 years as a family-owned full-service investigation company with hundreds of investigators and regional office nationwide.
