Video Editor – Marketing Agency (Full-Time)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Full-Time Video Editor to support a fast-paced marketing agency producing high-volume video content for both internal brand use and external clients.This role requires someone who can work efficiently, communicate proactively, and deliver consistent, high-quality edits with clear turnaround expectations. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where speed and quality both matter.Core ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Production● Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing and social media● Work on storytelling content, branded content, and client-facing videos● Apply clean, professional cuts that enhance pacing and clarity● Perform accurate color grading for all video outputs● Add captions with correct grammar, spelling, and timing● Ensure final videos meet brand and client standardsTurnaround & Workflow Management● Deliver short-form video edits within 2–3 hours per video (on average)● Manage multiple video requests throughout the day● Avoid excessive time spent on single edits unless clearly scoped● Communicate immediately if a task will exceed expected timelinesCollaboration & Communication● Maintain fast and professional response times during working hours● Communicate primarily via Slack and Lark● Take direction clearly and ask clarifying questions when needed● Work closely with internal team members and other editorsTools & Systems● Use own preferred video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)● Log into and work within company tools and CRM systems as required● Adapt quickly to internal workflows and content standards\nMust-Have Requirements3–5+ years of professional video editing experienceStrong color grading skillsExcellent English comprehension for accurate captioningAbility to make strong editorial decisions (clean cuts, pacing, flow)Proven ability to meet fast turnaround times consistentlyHigh responsiveness during working hoursNice-to-HaveExperience working with marketing agencies or content-heavy teamsExperience editing content for multiple clients with varying stylesFamiliarity with social media content formats and trendsPerformance ExpectationsHigh productivity without sacrificing qualityClear communication around timelines and workloadAbility to handle feedback professionally and iterate quicklyReliability and consistency are critical to success in this role\n$800 - $1,000 a monthFull-Time (40 hours/week)Working Hours:Singapore Time (SGT): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMFull daily availability during working hours is required\nWhy Join Assist World?100% REMOTE$50 birthday bonus$200 testimonial bonus$300 tenure bonus every 6 months$500 entry monthly raffleNO TRACKER.
