This leader will also be responsible for driving account-based marketing (ABM), content strategy, creative development and webinar programming, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact go-to-market approach across all channels while aligning closely with sales, product and executive leadership. Partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale AI transitions.Demand Generation & GrowthDrive pipeline growth through integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, webinars and strategic partnershipsDevelop and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting key healthcare systems and enterprise clientsOptimize lead generation, conversion funnels, improvementManage agency relationships and external vendorsQualificationsEducation and Training Required:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required (MBA preferred)Minimum Experience:Required8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experienceProven track record of driving growth in B2B or healthcare-related industriesStrong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand strategyExperience managing and scaling high-performing teamsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reportingProven success with account-based marketing strategiesPreferredExperience in healthcare recruitment, staffing, or SaaS platformsFamiliarity with physician hiring trends and healthcare systemsExperience with marketing automation and CRM
