Your work will directly impact clients’ experiences and the firm’s success - every day.•Monthly Compensation: 1150 to 1220 USDResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:•Manage 60–70 pre-litigation personal injury cases•Open new cases and maintain client communication•Prepare demand packages and ensure billing is sent•Handle liens and coordinate payments•Retrieve records and itemized billing•Manage records portals and verify balances•Support marketing manager with SEO, backlink strategy, and digital campaigns•Assist with additional marketing tasks as neededKey Skills:•Case management and legal documentation•SEO and backlink optimization• Digital marketing strategy•Record retrieval and billing verification•Client communication and coordination•Proactive and curious - asks questions and takes initiative•Flexible and organized with a fun, positive energy•Strong communicator and tech savvyRequirements:•At least 2 years paralegal or legal assistant experience•Background in marketing, especially SEO and backlinks•Familiarity with personal injury, criminal defense, or medical malpracticeSoftware:•Legal case management systems•SEO and backlink tools•Records and billing portalsWork Shift:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)Languages:English, SpanishWe believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
