As a freelancer in Averi’s expert marketplace, you’ll be matched with jobs that connect you to our client base, letting your UX/UI expertise create real business impact. You’ll help growth-stage companies design intuitive, conversion-friendly user experiences, elevate brand identity across digital touchpoints, and bring marketing strategies to life through thoughtful design execution.What You’ll Do Craft UX/UI solutions that blend creativity with business goals (websites, landing pages, product flows, and campaign assets). Partner with product marketers, growth specialists, and developers to ensure design supports strategy and performance. Audit existing experiences and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Translate brand guidelines into scalable, user-first design systems. Use analytics and user insights to continuously refine and improve design impact. What We’re Looking For Experts with experience in: UX research, customer journey mapping, and wireframing UI design, prototyping, and responsive design systems Marketing-focused UX/UI (e.g., landing pages, conversion flows, A/B testing) Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Collaboration across marketing, product, and engineering teams How the Marketplace Works Apply: Submit your application to join Averi.
