ROLE SUMMARYThe US Prostate Cancer Business is one of the largest and fastest growing businesses within Pfizer. It is anchored by a multibillion-dollar asset in XTANDI, as well as the more recently launched products in ORGOVYX and Talzenna (talazoparib) in metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).TALZENNA in prostate is one of Pfizer Oncology’s 10 priority brands. It has the potential to deliver over $1B in peak revenues globally and contribute meaningfully to our growing Prostate and GU portfolios. Having launched the first indication in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) (TALAPRO-2) in June 2023, we are growing Talzenna’s market presence in HRR-mutated mCRPC, as well as preparing for a potential future indication in HRR-mutated metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) (TALAPRO-3).The US Talzenna Marketing Director will join a highly talented marketing team to help drive launch success for Talzenna, accountable for:P2P (Peer-to-Peer) strategy and executionCommercial MedEd (Medical Education) strategy and executionCongress strategy and executionEnd-to-end HCP Therapy Management strategy, planning and execution in collaboration with analytics, BAI, Data Science, SPP and other cross-functional partnersSeveral HCP workstreams that are critical for the success of the brandThe role requires senior level marketing expertise and prior US experience.  The role also requires strong strategic and analytical thinking as well as creativity and decision-making skills, along with a proven track record of success in working in a team-based environment, with multiple marketing and cross-functional partners including medical, value and access, advocacy and professional relations, policy and public affairs, sales, account management and business analytics.This position will report to the Sr Dir, US Talzenna Marketing Team Lead within US Oncology.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES P2P (Peer-to-Peer) strategy, planning and execution relatedLead all strategy and execution related to TALZENNA’S P2P initiatives (including but not limited to Speaker Programs, National Broadcasts, Product Theaters, KOL Videos, Pfizer-sponsored Third-Party P2P programs), partnering closely with other HCP marketers on the team, Medical, Prostate OLLs, Media team as well as other cross-functional partnersManage P2P Operating Expenses as part of the brand team budget and effectively manage trade-offs and allocations in a dynamic budget environmentOwn the relationship and day-to-day interactions with TALZENNA’s Medical Education agency as part of the CoLab structureWork with Global to serve as the US POC for the Global P2P Strategy and KOL StrategyCommercial MedEd (Medical Education) strategy and executionLead end-to-end execution of US Commercial advisory boards/steering committees and inform content for Global advisory boardsDevelop educational content consistent with overall brand strategy to drive impactful peer to peer engagementsUnderstand publication plans and pull-through new published data into field force tactics (reprints and implementation guidance)Congress strategy and executionLead decision-making on national and sub-national congress selection, budget allocation and congress resource development and execution, including booths, product theaters and congress panelsPartner with cross-functional congress planning teams as well as other Oncology brand teams to align and execute on a strategy that is appropriate for the brand, broader prostate and GU portfolios as well as Pfizer OncologyEnd-to-end HCP Therapy Management (TM) strategy, planning and execution in collaboration with analytics, BAI, Data Science, SPP and other cross-functional partnersLead a cross-functional team to develop and advance TALZENNA’S TM strategy (aligned with the brand plan), follow up on new on insights and opportunities and explore and refine new ideasLead analytics for discontinuation, abandonment rates and DoT tracking working with BAI, Data Science and SPP teamsDirect responsibility for executing several U.S. TM improvement initiatives and tacticsWork with the Talzenna HCP / Key Account Marketers / Customer Marketing and Solutions Team / CRM team within CMO to provide TM-related support, educational materials and training for a variety of teams, including Field Sales, Key Account Management and OCFMIdentify innovative opportunities to optimize Talzenna DoT and other TM objectives (e.g. leveraging technology)Partner with OPSA internally as well as external advocacy partners on appropriate strategies and initiatives related to Talzenna TM objectivesSeveral HCP workstreams that are critical for the success of the brandDevelop a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting advanced practitioner HCPs (e.g. nurse practitioners, , Pharmacists, Physician Assistants, nurses, nurse navigators, and genetic counselors) to equip them with resources and messaging on Talzenna+XtandiExecute and optimize materials for this customer group, working closely with BAI, Field-based In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
