However, due to the team's overall location, candidates must live in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.About the RoleThe US Hematology Marketing Manager provides commercial support for brand marketing strategy and tactical execution across the US hematology portfolio. This role carries meaningful cross-functional impact and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, execution excellence, and measurable performance.Candidates must be willing to travel as needed for internal meetings (estimated at less than 20%).Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & ExecutionSupport and execute the commercial marketing plan for key HCP segments across multiple channels, including media, digital, print, and omnichannelEnsure all tactics align with brand strategy and drive achievement of defined KPIs and goalsProject ManagementApply strong project management capabilities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectivesPerformance Evaluation & Strategic ThinkingMeasure and assess the impact of marketing initiatives against defined goals and optimize plans accordinglyProactively generate ideas beyond existing plans to evolve strategy and executionPrint & FulfillmentServe as the primary point of contact for marketing asset inventory management and fulfillment Meeting & Training SupportSupport the pull-through, training, and rollout of key initiatives as neededMedical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) ReviewCollaborate with MLR reviewers to ensure all brand materials meet medical, legal, and regulatory requirementsAlign with MLR reviewers on appropriate approval timelines to maintain efficient review cyclesDisease State AcumenDevelop and demonstrate a strong understanding of the hematology therapeutic area, relevant disease states, and the competitive landscapeVendor ManagementManage external vendors and agencies to ensure delivery of work consistent with brand strategy, messaging, and tactical executionCross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with partners across Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal & Compliance, Market Access, Omnichannel, and Patient ServicesQualificationsRequired QualificationsCandidate must be located within the Eastern or Central Time ZoneMinimum of a bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience in marketing or sales2+ years working within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or broader life sciences industry, including direct industry experience or client-facing consulting/support experience serving these sectors (e.g., payer, provider, hospital, healthcare services, or healthcare consulting organizations)Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to support business objectivesStrong business judgment with a commitment to high ethical, compliance, and quality standardsSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional support and driving executionPreferred QualificationsExperience in hematology, orphan disease, rare disease, or specialty pharmaceutical marketsWillingness to learn or prior experience managing projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processesFormal or informal project management experience is helpfulExperience supporting multiple brands or indications simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to evaluate performance metrics and optimize marketing plans based on business insights and analyticsAdditional InformationCompensation and Total Rewards at SobiAt Sobi, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a comprehensive and industry-competitive total rewards package. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location.
