We hire people who are exceptional at what they do, then give them the resources and autonomy to do it well.The OpportunityWe're looking for a UGC & Influencer Marketing Specialist who knows how to find the right creators, get great content out of them, and turn that content into results for our clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent real time sourcing creators, negotiating deals, briefing shoots, and turning raw UGC into marketing-ready assets.You'll manage creator relationships and content pipelines across a portfolio of e-commerce clients, working closely with our owned media, paid media, and creative teams to make sure every piece of content has a job to do — whether that's driving conversions in a Meta ad or building trust on a product page.This role starts part-time at 20 hours/week, with real room to grow as your client roster and responsibilities expand.What You'll OwnCreator Sourcing & RelationshipsIdentify and vet UGC creators and micro/nano-influencers who fit each client's brand and audienceReach out to and negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights with creatorsManage seeding and gifting programs to build an ongoing pipeline of contentSource creators manually (via social, DM, email outreach) when a platform isn't available or doesn't fit the needMaintain a running roster of vetted creators by niche, price point, and performanceContent Briefing & ProductionWrite clear, creative briefs so creators know exactly what to shoot and whyReview submitted content for quality, brand fit, and compliance before it goes anywhereCoordinate content calendars and delivery timelines across multiple client accountsLight editing/captioning of UGC and influencer content for organic and paid usePerformance & StrategyPartner with the owned and paid media teams to identify which UGC angles are winning and feed that back into briefsTrack creator and content performance (engagement, conversion, ad performance) and report on results monthlyManage or advise on usage rights, whitelisting, and Spark Ads/partnership ad setups where applicableStay current on platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, Reels) and bring fresh content ideas to clientsWho You AreSkills get you in the door. These are the qualities that make you right for this role:A natural relationship-builder — creators like working with you, and you know how to negotiate without burning bridgesA sharp eye for content that will actually perform, not just content that looks niceOrganized enough to run multiple creator pipelines and client calendars at once without dropping the ballComfortable giving direct, specific feedback on contentAnalytics-minded — you want to know why a piece of content worked, not just that it didExperienced with e-commerce or D2C brands (agency or in-house)What Success Looks LikeIn your first 90 days:You've built a working roster of vetted creators across your assigned client accountsYou've run at least one full content cycle — sourcing, briefing, review, delivery — for each clientYou've established a system for tracking creator performance and reporting resultsYou've built a productive working relationship with the paid media and creative teamsClients see a clear uptick in usable, on-brand content in their pipeline Must-Have:1–2+ years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, or social media content coordinationExperience sourcing and managing relationships with content creators/influencersComfort negotiating rates and usage rightsWorking knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and current social/UGC trendsE-commerce or D2C brand experience (agency or in-house)Strong Differentiators:Experience with UGC/influencer platforms (e.g., Trend.io, Impact, Billo, Aspire, Grin, Insense, Upfluence, etc.)Basic content editing/captioning skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)Experience running whitelisting or Spark Ads/partnership adsAgency background preferred This role is fully remote.Time Commitment and AvailabilityHours: 20 hours/week to start, with the opportunity to scale up as the role and client roster growAvailability: Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. ESTCompensation$2,000 USD/month (part-time rate), with compensation scaling alongside hours as the role grows.
