In this vital role the US Marketing Manager will play an integral role in supporting TEZSPIRE®.  TEZSPIRE is a first-in-class severe asthma biologic, targeting TSLP at the top of the inflammatory cascade. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and highly motivated marketing team, and to gain experience working collaboratively across our partnership with AZ.The Marketing Manager will support the pull through of personal marketing programs and tactics  that highlight the impact and consequences of respiratory disease and the potential clinical benefits of a new CV therapeutic in helping patients who have not achieved clinical goals on standard of care. This individual will develop broad product marketing capabilities and will have the ability to stretch and demonstrate their leadership capabilities through ownership of multiple workstreams. This role will require strong cross-functional leadership, agility/flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion to serve patients in a dynamic environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual seeking to join a hard-working team committed to the successful growth of Tezspire and to serving patients and their families.Responsibilities include:Demonstrate ability to think strategically and creatively for impactful results, leveraging strong clinical acumenSupport project management of tactical promotional activity for HCP Peer to Peer / scientific communications, including regulatory management and review of assets (Speaker Programs, Field Resources, and Congresses)Work with production vendors and IS/Veeva teams to ensure the field force has access to print and digital resources produced by both sides of the collaborationAbility to establish strong alliance with all internal and external partners and optimize Peer to Peer programs / Sci Comms governance/SOPs and ways of working for efficiency and effectivenessStrong ability to manage budgets and ability to organize and manage complex project work including taking materials the appropriate review process to ensure responsible and effective promotional materialsPartner to create program KPI goals and execute measurement planPartner with learning and training teams to ensure the field force is well-supported on the rollout of new materials and resources.Ability to uncover customer and field insights and optimize programs accordingly building sustainable, long-term relationships with field teamsOversee the sharing and integration of marketing material inventory across the collaboration, following Amgen SOPs and processesSupport and participate in team activities to create a positive work cultureDevelop promotional material for the Key Account Management (KAM) team and support local and regional KAM conferencesIn collaboration with Training, lead development of training blueprints and playbook materialDomestic travel required (up to approximately 25%), when travel is permitted/ appropriateWinWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
