More about our values: morpho.org/jobs.RoleThe mission of this role is to translate Morpho's technical capabilities into compelling narratives that accelerate enterprise adoption and drive competitive advantage across product, BD, and customer-facing teams.ResponsibilitiesMessaging & Positioning: Develop clear product narratives and value propositions for or key audiences, maintain consistent messaging across website, decks, and sales collateral, and translate technical concepts into simple, compelling stories.Sales Enablement: Produce high-quality pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, and templates, join BD calls to gather customer insights, and refine messaging and collateral based on customer feedback.Go-to-Market: Lead cross-functional GTM for feature, product, and partnership launches by building briefs, audience-specific content, and enablement materials.Competitive Intelligence: Own market and competitor research to produce competitive battlecards and strategic insights.Develop product messaging and positioning across technical and business audiences to create consistent messaging that drives adoption.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories across web, decks, and collateral to enable multiple audiences to understand Morpho's value proposition.Lead go-to-market initiatives for product features and partnership launchesBuild sales enablement collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, and product sheets to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates.Join BD calls and customer conversations to gather real buyer feedback to continuously refine messaging and positioning based on market needs.Own competitive intelligence by researching market trends and competitor positioning to produce strategic insights that inform positioning and sales materials.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and BD teams to ensure GTM alignment and consistent product storytelling.What Success Looks LikeFirst 30 DaysQuickly build a strong understanding of the Morpho Stack, core use cases, and target personas.Identify gaps in existing messaging, positioning, and sales collateral.Build working relationships with BD, Product, Protocol, and Integration teams.Deliver 1–2 quick-win improvements to key GTM assets (e.g. pitch deck, one-pager).First 6 MonthsOwn a clear, consistent messaging and positioning framework across audiences.Lead PMM for key product, feature, or partnership launches end-to-end.Build a high-quality sales enablement library that meaningfully improves BD effectiveness.Establish a lightweight but reliable competitive intelligence function.1 YearBe the clear owner of Morpho’s product narrative and enterprise positioning.Run a repeatable, high-impact product marketing playbook for launches and partnerships.Enable enterprise sales with best-in-class, persona-specific collateral.Help position Morpho as a category leader through clarity of story and differentiation.Must-have Experience3+ experience as a Product Marketing Manager with a background in fintech, traditional finance, neobanking, or adjacent sectors.Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products for multiple audiences.Exceptional communication skills with a strong portfolio of writing, storytelling, and presentation work.Experience building sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets) that have driven measurable business impact.Track record of leading go-to-market initiatives for technical products or features.Passionate about the future of DeFi lending.Comfortable being scrappy, operating with partial information, and moving quickly.Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
