Overview We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented ServiceNow Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the vision, roadmap, and technical governance of our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities. Acting as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, you will translate needs from Audit, Legal, and Cybersecurity into scalable ServiceNow solutions that reduce manual effort and provide real-time visibility into our enterprise risk posture. The Opportunity: This is a technical leadership role where you own the 12–24 month product roadmap for a mission-critical platform. As a TPM, you won't just gather requirements; you will influence the technical architecture and data strategy to move the organization into a unified, automated ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, championing an "out-of-the-box" mindset to ensure our IRM/GRC suite remains agile, maintainable, and aligned with modern CSDM/CMDB standards. The Day-to-Day:Define quarterly goals and measurable outcomes, managing a prioritized backlog that balances new features with technical debt and platform healthLead workshops with Risk, Privacy, and Procurement teams to document technical user stories, process flows, and data models for modules like Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, and Regulatory ChangeFacilitate ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning, working closely with Developers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality deliveryPartner with Business and Technical leadership to build executive-level dashboards and KPI frameworks using Performance Analytics to track control effectivenessCollaborate with Architects and Tech Leads to ensure IRM solutions integrate seamlessly with identity platforms, ERPs, and vulnerability management toolsYour Qualifications:10+ years' demonstrable and relatively recent experience in IT Service Management or IT Service Delivery required, supervisory experience preferred.5+ years as a TPM or BSA supporting ServiceNow, with at least 3+ years of direct experience in the IRM/GRC suiteExperience with risk frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, etc.) and audit processes within highly regulated industriesStrong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and workflows; familiarity with Security Operations and ITSM is preferredCommunicate effectively at both the executive and operational levels, translating technical constraints into business impactsPartner with engineers on IntegrationHub, APIs, and third-party data sources to automate risk assessmentsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and experience with UI Builder or Performance AnalyticsCompensation:$95,000 - $140,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
