What You’ll DoIn this role, you will be responsible for:Own product from idea to adoptionIdentify high-impact problems across the businessDefine solutions, prototype them, and drive them to productionEnsure what you build is actually usedPrototype and build with AI toolsUse tools like Cursor (and others) to rapidly create working prototypesTranslate ideas into tangible products without waiting on full engineering cyclesIterate quickly based on real user feedbackWork closely with engineersPartner with 1–2 engineers to bring products to lifeCollaborate on technical tradeoffs while owning product directionDesign intuitive user experiencesCreate wireframes, flows, and prototypes (no dedicated design team)Prioritize clarity, usability, and speedContinuously refine based on feedbackShip fast and iterate fasterDeliver solutions quickly rather than waiting for perfectionGather feedback early and oftenImprove through real-world usageBuild internal law firm tools within our NextJS-based platform (“ TopDog Law Toolbox”)Build third-party integrations with our Case Management SystemAt TopDog Law, everyone is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work.How This Role Drives the BusinessTopDog Law is building a modern internal platform to power how our firm operates, from intake to case management and everything in between. We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who doesn’t just define products, they build, prototype, and ship them.This is not a traditional PM role. You’ll work hands-on with a small team (1–2 engineers) to rapidly design, prototype, and deliver tools used across the business.
