Technical Operations Officer

The Technical Operations Officer supports the efficiency and scalability of operational processes by developing automation solutions and maintaining technical tools across the organisation. This role is responsible for building and maintaining scripts, resolving technical issues within operational systems, and integrating key platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, GitLab, and Power BI.
This is an on-site position only.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing & maintaining automation scripts (Google Apps Script, Javascript, APIs)
- Troubleshooting & resolving technical issues in operational tools.
- Building automation solutions for repetitive tasks.
- Supporting integration of tools (Zendesk, Jira, GitLab, PowerBI etc.)
- Aligning with IT & Security teams for best practices.
- Supporting departments (CS, RG, AML, Risk) with stats & reporting.
Requirements:
- Good skills in Apps Script & Any programming language. (Python, Javascript, etc)
- Experience with APIs & automation projects.
- Analytical & problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tech tasks in parallel.
- Familiar with API concepts.
