Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech & Commercial)

We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join our international HR team, in Limassol.

With offices across Malta, Cyprus, Serbia, Manila, India and Brazil this is a key role based in our second-largest hub. You’ll work closely with department heads and HR to own the full recruitment cycle - from headhunting and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

If you're resourceful, people-smart, and know how to build and activate networks - especially in Limassol’s creative and commercial circles - this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Need

• 1 - 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)


• Strong people instincts and natural “people sales” ability


• A proactive mindset and entrepreneurial approach to sourcing


• Great communication and negotiation skills


• Comfort working in a fast-paced, international setup


• A strong personal or professional network in Limassol is a big plus


• Bonus if you’ve used ATS tools like BambooHR

In This Role, You’ll

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across teams and regions


• Source and headhunt top talent directly


• Schedule, coordinate, and lead interviews


• Represent HR during interviews - communicating our value and benefits clearly


• Use BambooHR to track and manage candidates


• Collaborate with hiring managers to close roles fast


• Assist with onboarding and internal mobility projects
