About the roleWhat you'll doQualificationsMinimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare or healthcare technology sectors, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.Broad understanding of the healthcare ecosystem — including consumer, employer, payer, physician, health system, life sciences, and medical devicesProven success in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C marketing, with the ability to influence both institutional buyers (health plans, health systems, employers) and individual consumers (plan members, patients).Strong strategic marketing skills, not just marketing communications — the ability to:write and articulate the value proposition; segment the marketplace — in support of sales, marketing communication, and product requirements;ensure the sales force is armed and equipped to drive resultsleverage digital marketing to help drive both consumer and plan sponsor actions.Clinical program experience — the ability to convert strategy into programmatic execution, e.g. developing programs to fill gaps in care.Prior experience in the carve-out benefit market is desired— understanding:the plan sponsors, and the segments of plan sponsors;the benefits consultants;the benefit plan members and how to reach and influence them.Strong expertise in building and scaling modern marketing systems, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital engagement platforms.Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, private equity-backed or investor-driven environment, balancing growth objectives with disciplined, metrics-driven execution.
