JOB TITLE: Global Strategic Marketing Industrial Parts Cleaning and Consumables ORGANIZATION: Global Technology Office REPORTING STRUCTURE: VP Strategic Marketing Industrial and Consumer LOCATION: Based in a Key Market: UK, Poland, Czech, Germany, Netherlands, ItalySolenis is seeking a strategic leader to oversee the global industrial parts cleaning and consumables business across multiple sectors. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Marketing Industrial and Consumer, this position will work in close partnership with the Commercial Business President for Industrial Parts Cleaning to define and implement long-term growth strategies.The successful candidate will be adept at identifying customer needs, developing and executing growth initiatives, and ensuring global strategic alignment. This role requires deep expertise in international parts cleaning market value drivers, collaboration with regional marketing and commercial teams to drive effective campaigns and customer acquisition, and coordination with R&D and Innovation to build a pipeline of differentiated, customer-centric products and services.Responsibilities Include the FollowingCollaborate with the President of parts cleaning to introduce new concepts, business models and products to the market and jointly develop a comprehensive growth roadmap.Develop and implement the global Parts Cleaning and Consumables Strategy, prioritizing sector segmentsSupport regional activation and execution by collaborating with Regional Marketing and Corporate Accounts, and Executive Sales Leadership to create marketing plans and sector playbooksDefine priority sectors and segments at country, regional, and global levelPresent and align strategy execution with executives, regional vice presidents, and strategic account teamsLead voice-of-customer initiatives and blueprinting for existing, new markets and technologiesManage accredited market data and ensure alignment across regionsAnalyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and coordinate with R&D and Innovation to address market gapsCreate sector value propositions, incorporating regional nuancesOversee strategic outputs, including templates, presentations, and customer journey analysesIdentify, build and present strategic investment business cases that could include partnerships, M&A, and other initiatives that unlock outsized growthTravel 20-30% Internationally covering relationships with local teams, customer visits, and understanding marketing dynamics in the fieldQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field.
