Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.About the Role As a Staff Product Manager at OpenLoop Health, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with broad strategic influence across the Product & Services organization. This role is highly client-facing, with a strong emphasis on partnering directly with customers to understand their needs, shape solutions, and ensure successful delivery of OpenLoop’s products and services.You’ll own complex, cross-functional product initiatives, translate client and market insights into scalable platform capabilities, and serve as a trusted product partner to both internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, understands healthcare complexity, and excels at building strong client relationships while driving meaningful product outcomes.What You'll Do Define and drive product strategy for high-impact, cross-product initiatives aligned with OpenLoop’s business and clinical goalsPartner directly with clients to understand their goals and translate their needs into clear product requirementsCommunicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and external partnersAct as a trusted product advisor to senior leaders across Product, Services, Engineering, and Design teamsWrite clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics Required Qualifications7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience working directly with customers or clientsProven experience serving as the product lead for enterprise or strategic clientsDemonstrated experience building, communicating, and managing product roadmapsStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to balance client needs with long-term product strategyPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, health tech, e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with virtual care, care delivery platforms, or healthcare operations Our BenefitsIn addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:Medical, Dental, and Vision plansFlexible Spending/Health Savings AccountsFlexible PTO401(k) + Company MatchLife Insurance, Pet insurance, and moreOur CompanyWe have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop.
