In this role, you will drive clarity and momentum across a growing platform of AI-powered conversational intelligence products. Your expertise will help in shaping shared platform capabilities and informing product decisions across various verticals. You will play a critical part in helping teams move faster by reducing ambiguity and ensuring a close partnership with Engineering. This is an opportunity to engage in hands-on technical exploration and collaborative problem-solving in a dynamic environment.AccountabilitiesPartner closely with Engineering leaders to define, scope, and support technically complex platform-oriented initiativesIndependently explore and evaluate APIs, data models, platform services, and AI-enabled capabilities to inform product decisionsTranslate architectural concepts, system constraints, and technical findings into clear product requirements and backlog itemsOwn backlog refinement, technical requirements, dependency mapping, and cross-team coordination for platform and infrastructure-related workServe as a technical product partner for shared capabilities used across multiple product areas and verticalsProactively identify and surface technical risks, trade-offs, and sequencing considerationsImprove delivery velocity and decision quality by reducing ambiguity between Product and EngineeringSupport vertical Product Managers by providing system-level and technical insight that enables faster, better-informed executionRequirements5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related technical roleDemonstrated technical aptitude, including prior experience as a software engineer, engineering manager, solutions architect, or equivalent hands-on technical roleStrong understanding of APIs, data systems, and modern SaaS architecturesComfortable independently exploring systems, reviewing APIs, and forming technical opinions based on direct investigationProven experience partnering closely with Engineering teams on complex, multi-system initiativesAbility to operate proactively and independently in an evolving, resource-constrained environmentFamiliarity with AI-enabled systems, applied machine learning, or data platforms in production environmentsExperience working in B2B SaaS environments; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation systems is a plusExperience supporting multiple product areas or verticals in a horizontal product role is a plusBenefitsComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off and holidays401(k) planEquity opportunitiesWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
