We're the all-in-one platform for small businesses to grow online with powerful simplicity, premium performance, smart tools and human support.We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Advanced Hosting to lead the positioning, go-to-market strategy, and growth of advanced hosting solutions at Bluehost.This role will focus on higher-value hosting products (e.g., VPS, Dedicated, Cloud, and performance-focused solutions), targeting more sophisticated customers including developers, agencies, and growing SMBs.You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing, translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive adoption, upgrades, and revenue.What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.Product Positioning & MessagingDefine and evolve positioning for advanced hosting products (VPS, Dedicated, Cloud)Translate technical features (performance, scalability, security) into clear customer valueDevelop differentiated messaging against key competitorsGo-To-Market StrategyLead end-to-end GTM for new product launches, enhancements, and pricing/packaging changesDefine target segments (developers, agencies, SMBs scaling online) and use casesPartner with Growth and Demand Gen teams to bring campaigns to lifeRevenue Growth & ExpansionDrive upgrade and expansion strategy from shared hosting to advanced solutionsOptimize conversion across the funnel (site, landing pages, in-product upsell)Partner with Sales to support high-value deals and improve win ratesContent & EnablementDevelop high-impact content (landing pages, product pages, comparison pages, sales decks)Equip Sales and Support teams with clear messaging and objection handlingCreate competitive battlecards and product narrativesCustomer & Market InsightsConduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategyGather insights from usage data, customer feedback, and win/loss analysisInfluence product roadmap based on market needsCross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer SuccessAlign pricing, packaging, and promotional strategy across teamsAct as the voice of the customer within the organizationWho you are & what you’ll need to succeed.6–10+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or related rolesExperience with SaaS, hosting, cloud, or technical productsStrong ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly messagingExperience driving product adoption, upgrades, or revenue growthAnalytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisionsStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience marketing VPS, cloud infrastructure, or developer-focused productsFamiliarity with hosting competitors and ecosystem (e.g., cloud providers, CMS platforms)Exposure to pricing and packaging strategyWhat Success Looks Like:Increased adoption of advanced hosting productsImproved conversion from shared hosting → higher-value plansClear, differentiated positioning in a competitive hosting marketStrong alignment between Product, Marketing, and SalesWhy you’ll love us. Work-life balance. Our work is thrilling and meaningful, but we know balance is key to living well.We celebrate one another’s differences.  We’re proud of our culture of diversity and inclusion.
