At Henry Schein One, we’re redefining how dental practices attract, convert, retain, connect with and care for patients – empowering practices to deliver seamless, convenient, and engaging experiences at every stage of the patient journey.As a Senior Product Manager on our Patient Experience team, you will lead the strategy and development of digital solutions that help dental practices:Drive patient growth by increasing online visibility through reputation management and precision-targeted marketingTurn interest into booked appointments with efficient communication tools and optimized schedulingStreamline pre-visit preparation using intuitive digital solutionsElevate the patient experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-upBoost loyalty and referrals with personalized, timely, and engaging communicationsYou work will directly impact how practices grow their patient base, strengthen their brand and deliver exceptional experiences that keep patients coming back.What You Will DoConduct in-depth customer research and interviews to uncover patient and practice needs, focusing on solutions that address complete challenges for patients and dental providersDevelop data-informed strategies and product roadmaps that prioritize outcomes that make every touchpoint more convenient for patients and more efficient for office staffDeliver product experiences that remove administrative burdens, enabling dental teams to spend more time providing excellent careCollaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to launch features that drive measurable improvements in patient engagement, satisfaction, and practice growthMaintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and leadership, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment and shared understandingMonitor industry trends in digital patient experience and practice marketing to ensure our solutions remain best-in-class and ahead of patient expectationsContribute to team growth by sharing knowledge and supporting the development of peersChampion the voice of the patient and practice in every product decision, ensuring our solutions deliver actionable insights that optimize both operations and patient careTravel/Physical DemandsTravel typically less than 10%Office environment with no special physical demands requiredQualificationsMust Haves4+ years of experience in product management with a focus on delivering B2B software solutions, ideally in a healthcare or digital experience platformProven track record of launching products that enhance the customer and patient experience, leveraging digital tools to drive real results (e.g. reduced manual tasks, improved communications, increased bookings, etc.)Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating within a matrixed organization to coordinate across business units and functions, successfully launching software products that enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable resultsUnderstanding of how data, customer insights, and industry benchmarks inform product direction and drive continuous improvementCustomer focused mindset: you understand and address customer needs, with an interest in engaging with users to validate those solutions align with their expectations and challengesDemonstrates a bias toward action, consistently driving projects forward with a sense of urgency, making decisions swiftly while maintaining focus on delivering resultsSkilled in breaking down product goals into incremental, testable steps that align with iterative development practicesExcellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate product vision and outcomes to diverse stakeholdersCommitted to ongoing learning and professional development, with an openness to feedback and growthNice to HavesBachelor’s Degree a related fieldExperience in the medical or dental industry, bringing valuable industry insights to the tableThe posted range for this position is $105,000 - $145,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
