DescriptionSr. Product Manager IV – Commercial Strategy & Operations (REMOTE)About the Role Myriad Genetics is seeking a Sr. Product Manager IV to lead initiatives that enhance provider and patient experiences, accelerate growth, and optimize efficiency across our commercial operations teams. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with sales, marketing, and commercial operations to streamline processes, deliver exceptional solutions, and shape the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities Align commercial strategy and operations programs with company goals and growth initiatives. Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert for commercial operations, ensuring effective use across sales and marketing teams. Develop requirements that empower commercial teams to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance. Create and maintain strategic and project-level roadmaps for sales and marketing operations. Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders in sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and executive leadership. Identify tradeoffs and prioritize features that maximize commercial impact across diverse stakeholder groups. Write precise product requirements to guide technical specifications, user experience, and interface design for sales and marketing tools. Partner with UX designers and software engineers to deliver solutions throughout the full product lifecycle. Define, measure, and analyze metrics to evaluate product success, focusing on sales growth, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; entrepreneurial experience preferred. 5–8 years of software product management experience in healthcare, life sciences, technology, or biotech/pharma, with a focus on sales, marketing, and complex operational processes. Proven experience managing and optimizing Salesforce in a commercial operations context.  Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, tools, and best practices. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/scrum methodologies for managing commercial projects. Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and driving commercial excellence. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and business acumen. Experience working with remote teams and collaborating across functions. Deep curiosity and drive to innovate in the genetic testing industry, with a focus on commercial strategy. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.  U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required. Compensation is adjusted based on geographic location. Our Culture We value collaboration, innovation, inclusivity, caring, and commitment.
