Job DescriptionFableticsOS is seeking a Sr. Product Manager II to own the execution and evolution of our Centric PLM ecosystem, the core system powering our end-to-end product creation lifecycle.You’ll drive day-to-day product management of Centric PLM—balancing system stability, enhancements, and vendor collaboration—ensuring a scalable, integrated platform across merchandising, design, product development, sourcing, and supply chain. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and the Centric vendor to deliver high-impact solutions that support growth.This position reports to the Product Management Director, Product Creation Technology.How Do You Fit InAs a Sr. Product Manager II, you’re a hands-on product leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and owns both execution and outcomes.You bring strong PLM and product creation expertise, translating business needs into scalable workflows within Centric. You’re equally effective working with stakeholders, engineering, and vendors to deliver solutions. You ensure Centric PLM operates as a reliable system of record with accurate data and efficient workflows.What You Will Do:Centric PLM Ownership & OperationsOwn day-to-day product management and system healthManage backlog, defects, and enhancements based on business impactAct as primary point of contact for issues, releases, and improvementsFeature Enhancements & ConfigurationDefine and deliver new features, workflows, and configurationsTranslate business needs into functional specs and user storiesPartner with engineering/vendor to build scalable solutionsBalance out-of-box vs. custom solutionsVendor & Delivery ManagementPartner with Centric vendor on enhancements and configurationsAlign on scope, timelines, and deliverablesOversee QA/UAT, defect resolution, and releasesCross-Functional DeliveryPartner with merchandising, design, PD, sourcing, and supply chainLead discovery, process mapping, and requirementsEnsure solutions support end-to-end workflows and integrationsDrive adoption through communication and change managementData & Process OptimizationEnsure product data accuracy and governanceReduce manual work and improve workflow efficiencySupport reporting through clean, structured dataProduct DeliveryOwn end-to-end delivery (discovery → launch)Align with seasonal timelines and business milestonesTrack risks, dependencies, and progressWhat You Can Bring:Experience5–8+ years in Product Management, Business Systems, or similarStrong PLM experience (Centric preferred)Knowledge of product creation lifecycle (design → production)Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and related systemsExecutionStrong requirements gathering and end-to-end deliveryBacklog management and Agile experienceExperience working with vendors and implementationsAbility to balance short-term needs with long-term strategyTechnicalUnderstanding of integrations, data flows, and system architectureExperience writing user stories and requirementsComfortable with QA/UATCommunicationStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to translate between business and technical teamsInfluences without authorityAbility to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.What Success Looks LikeCentric PLM operates as a stable, scalable, and trusted system of record.High adoption and satisfaction across merchandising, design, and development teams.Measurable reduction in manual processes and duplicate data entry.Feature enhancements delivered on time with clear business impact.Strong partnership with Centric vendor and engineering, enabling efficient and high-quality delivery.Improved data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and visibility across the product lifecycle.Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation. Where We AreThis role is remote-friendly, with headquarters based in El Segundo, CA.Compensation & Total RewardsAt FableticsOS, we believe work and life should fit together! The range provided includes the base salary that FableticsOS expects to pay for the role.
