About the Team/RoleThe Health & Benefits team at WEX is leading a major transformation to unify previously siloed platforms—including Benefits Administration, Consumer Directed Health (CDH), and Cobra Direct Bill (CDB)—into a single, modern ecosystem. This role sits at the center of that effort, contributing to the development of a next-generation platform designed to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for all customer types. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will own a key domain within this unified platform, driving discovery, defining capabilities, and partnering across engineering, design, and business teams to bring a cohesive product vision to life. This is a unique opportunity to build a zero-to-one product in a highly complex, regulated space while leveraging modern architecture and product practices.How you’ll make an impactOwn and define a product domain within the unified Health & Benefits platform, including discovery, roadmap, and deliveryLead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and executionDrive the transition from legacy systems to a unified platform by identifying requirements and defining scalable solutionsConduct customer discovery and market research to uncover unmet needs and inform product directionTranslate ambiguity into clear product requirements, epics, and priorities for development teamsParticipate in quarterly planning and backlog refinement to ensure continuous delivery and alignmentEnsure a high-quality customer experience by coordinating across multiple product areas and teamsLeverage modern product development practices including rapid prototyping, user testing, and data-driven decision makingContribute to building a scalable, API-driven, microservices-based platform architectureAct as a unifier across teams, driving alignment and consensus in a complex and evolving environmentExperience you’ll bring8+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform or complex systems environmentsExperience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, benefits, or similar domains strongly preferredProven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and drive clarityStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsDemonstrated ability to own a product domain end-to-end, from discovery through deliveryExperience working with modern architectures such as APIs and microservices (technical fluency required, coding not required)Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive, self-starting mindsetAbility to influence without authority and build consensus across teamsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; degree is not requiredPMP or similar certification is a plus but not requiredThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
