Sr. Product Manager

What you will own: Lead efforts to develop, integrate and enhance tools that allow small businesses to communicate with Lendio to resolve concerns and questions.Responsible for maintaining the tools Lendio uses to contact small businessesWork with a cross-functional team (including product design and engineering) to learn what internal and external customers needFacilitate and drive problem-solving with your team to create solutions that are viable, desirable, and feasibleDefine and maintain a detailed product roadmap in your areaDevelop product strategy, product differentiation, and value propositions and manage the product life cyclePrioritize and set outcomes with your teamMeasure performance using appropriate tools (we use Heap, Anadot, GoogleAnalytics, and Domo) and establish and report on KPIsDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsDevelop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget   What you'll need to be successful: 3+ years of experience in Product ManagementAbility to communicate on a technical level with engineers and designersSkilled at quickly understanding complex business problemsExcellent relationship building, presentation, and communication (both written and verbal)Strategic planner and thinkerProcess-oriented (you enjoy taking something messy and organizing it)Experience working with Machine Learning and AI, especially in the communications spaceExperienced in evaluating vendors and making complex build vs buy decisions.   Pay Range:BenefitsBe part of a high-performing, collaborative team, and have fun at work each dayCompetitive payA full suite of traditional benefitsUntracked PTO (Paid Time-off)401(k) with company match Company-contributed HSAOnsite gym and standing desksWellness programDiscounted cellular plansGet to know Lendio: Lendio is the nation’s leading small business financial solutions provider, with a mission to help small businesses survive and thrive.
