DescriptionOracle Higher Education Development is seeking a talented and experienced Product Strategist to join our Product Strategy team, supporting the development and launch of Oracle Fusion Cloud Student. In this role, you will contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and strategic initiatives that meet the evolving needs of higher education institutions, with particular focus on academic records, enrollment management, and transfer credit processes. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer requirements, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the higher education sector. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, prospects, and partners, with emphasis on registrar’s office, academic affairs, and enrollment operations. Support creation and prioritization of product requirements, user stories, and business cases—emphasizing functionality for transfer credit evaluation, student records, and curriculum management. Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle and champion user-centric design principles. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, development, sales, consulting, customer success, and marketing teams. Contribute to go-to-market strategies, enablement plans, and product positioning for Oracle Fusion Cloud Student and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Engage in customer and industry forums, user groups, and conferences as a domain and product expert. Monitor product performance and adoption; analyze KPIs to inform product roadmap decisions.
