What You’ll DoLead go‑to‑market strategy for a portfolio of complementary services, shaping how they are positioned, packaged, and marketed together to deliver a clear, integrated value propositionPartner with Product and Strategic Partnerships to translate service capabilities into compelling messaging for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionalsBuild and execute marketing and activation plans that drive awareness, cross‑sell, and adoption across channelsCollaborate with business owners to define success metrics and iterate marketing approaches based on performance and customer feedbackLead national launches, ensuring messaging, timing, and enablement are aligned across stakeholdersDevelop sales and field enablement materials (talk tracks, pitch decks, FAQs, training) to support confident adoptionConduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and prioritizationServe as a cross‑functional connector, aligning Product, Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and AnalyticsDefine and monitor success metrics post‑launch (adoption, engagement, conversion) and partner with Analytics to surface insightsContinuously refine messaging, segmentation, and activation strategies based on performance data What You Bring7–10+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or growth marketing, with experience launching new products or services. No real estate experience required.Proven success leading new offerings from concept through scale.
