This is a high-impact role for a growth marketing visionary who thrives on finding untapped opportunities and turning them into scalable growth engines. You'll own the evolution of our growth strategy beyond traditional marketing channels, pioneering product-led growth initiatives, building sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs, and establishing experimentation frameworks that drive compounding results. This position combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, requiring someone who can identify growth levers others miss and execute rapid experimentation cycles that deliver measurable impact. Working at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape how Sortly scales—building growth infrastructure and strategies that will drive sustainable competitive advantage in our market.WHAT YOU'LL DOGrowth Strategy & Experimentation: Develop comprehensive growth frameworks and rapid experimentation processes to test and scale growth opportunities across awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and referral. Channel Diversification: Explore and optimize diverse growth channels including product-led growth, referral programs, lifecycle marketing, partnership initiatives, and community building. Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior, cohort performance, and growth metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, translating insights into scalable growth strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to build growth features, measurement capabilities, and experimentation infrastructure. Lifecycle Marketing: Create automated marketing campaigns and user flows that drive engagement, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
