We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.About the RoleAs the Sr. Events Marketing Manager at Rula, you will own the strategy, performance, and execution of our national conference portfolio to drive measurable pipeline growth. In this highly cross-functional role, you will establish event tiering, manage budgets, and set ROI targets while partnering closely with Sales and Executive leadership to align each activation with our commercial goals. Beyond high-level strategy, you will collaborate with internal marketing teams to execute cohesive pre- and post-event attendee engagement campaigns, while directly managing all central logistics—including vendor relationships, booth design, branding, and swag production.Required Qualifications7+ years of related professional Marketing experience,with a focus on event marketing and/or demand generation.Proven expertise in architecting large-scale B2B conference strategies within a healthcare, health-tech, or enterprise software environmentExperience overseeing large event budgets ($2.45M+ scale) across tier sponsorships, printing, logistics, and vendor executionSubject matter expertise level understanding of account-based prospecting architectures (e.g., leveraging HubSpot or Apollo) to secure pre-scheduled meetings with C-suite buyer personas (Payers, Health Systems, HR leaders)Exceptional written communication skills to deliver concise, high-level briefing documentation for S-Team and C-suite members before executive deploymentsAbility and willingness to travel up to 30% to steward premier onsite booth presence and manage distributed field resourcesPreferred QualificationsWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
