In this role, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, growth, and impact of our organic social media, YouTube, and podcast efforts for the Hims and Hers brands.About You: You are ambitious and passionate about building the #1 followed healthcare channels across our consumers’ favorite social media platforms, YouTube, and podcasts. You are equal parts people leader, creative strategist & organic growth hacker. You’re steeped in the cultural zeitgeist but grounded in business objectives; you’ve spent your career winning over the algorithm through data-driven testing and have conviction in how that engagement drives brand love.
