We celebrate the representation of diverse perspectives and backgrounds as a catalyst for creating an inclusive work environment that everyone can appreciate.About the Role:AuthZed is seeking a Senior Demand Generation and Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive high-quality top-of-funnel growth and convert leads into engaged prospects and customers. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns - including paid media, email programs, events, webinars, and nurture journeys - to build pipeline for our Sales team.You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and Operations to align on goals, execute effective campaigns, and report on performance. This is a key role shaping AuthZed’s growth engine.What You’ll Own:Paid MediaBuild new and improve existing campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, ABM, and/or sponsored publisher channelsHelp manage paid digital strategy to assist in building sales pipeline by driving high quality leads to our Sales teamLeverage the customer’s buyer’s journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs that will lead customer prospects through the sales funnel (inquiry through closed-won) Marketing CampaignsManage marketing programs in HubSpot for email campaigns, event promotion, event follow up, drip email nurture series, webinars, and contentWork closely with content and design teams to create landing pages for webinar, event registration and gated contentMaintain marketing database segmentation to ensure any communications delivered are relevant to the audience receiving themAnalyze email, webinar, and campaign performance with an eye towards continuous improvement, and sharing insights across the teamCreate and orchestrate prospect-facing campaigns across multiple audiences and channelsCreate reports that measure the impact of your campaigns, and proactively recommend new tests and tactics to maximize their impactBuild repeatable, scalable playbooks and processes that turn experiments and campaigns into predictable pipeline growthWork closely with sales to develop ABM specific campaigns targeted to regionEventsOwn the events calendar and manage sponsored events aligned with AuthZed’s ICPLead event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROIExperience managing/planning/coordinating owned and third-party eventsWhat You Bring:Expert knowledge of HubSpotExperience working in a B2B software marketing teamExperience with open source software, and/or the developer tools space is preferredHands-on expertise in paid channels, lifecycle marketing, and multi-touch funnel optimizationUnderstanding and experience working with high-touch sales and low-touch self-serve motions (emphasis on high-touch sales/Enterprise and Midmarket)Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards Extra shine:Experience working in a startup environment.Confidence working autonomously.Having worked in a remote-first company.Life at AuthZed:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a rapidly growing sectorA supported environment where your ideas lead to real impactCompetitive salary based on experienceStock options at an early-stage startupComprehensive benefits including healthcare (US-based) and other insuranceA full remote and flexible schedule to accommodate different timezonesTwice-yearly travel for team offsites focused on team bonding, collaboration, and having fun!
