This role develops and executes integrated campaigns that drive demand, increase qualified traffic, and optimize conversion across APAC markets.Partnering with regional sales, product, and global marketing teams, this is a campaign marketing manager-style role that translates global strategy into locally relevant campaigns that deliver measurable impact against revenue and growth objectives. What you’ll ownEnd-to-end campaign strategy for an APAC market (Australia focus)Annual and quarterly campaign planning (messaging frameworks, priorities, GTM approach)Alignment with product teams on priority products and growth areasExecution planning across regions in partnership with Sales, SH, and COEsDriving campaigns that support smaller revenue streams and growth opportunitiesKey focus areas:Strong emphasis on paid media & digital campaigns (strategy over hands-on execution)Ability to interpret performance data, reports, and agency outputs to guide optimisationSupporting transition of paid media from agency to in-houseActing as a liaison between teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholdersBuilding clear campaign propositions, reporting frameworks, and insightsAbout youExperience working in or with the Australian market (essential)Strong background in digital marketing & paid media strategyConfidence managing campaigns end-to-end (strategy → execution → performance)Ability to translate data into actionable insights and next stepsExperience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)Comfortable drafting initial campaign messaging and ad copyExperience using AI tools to support marketing workflows is a plusBilingual skills are advantageousReady to make an Impact?
