IGAMING TEAM MANAGER

Description

Imagine Live is looking for an experienced iGaming Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team within our live operations environment in Madrid.

This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive and motivated work culture.

The position is shift-based.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement


• Set clear team goals and KPIs, monitoring progress and ensuring targets are met


• Provide regular, constructive feedback and performance evaluations


• Oversee daily team operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards


• Monitor team performance, including technical skills, attendance, and presentation standards


• Identify training needs and support ongoing development initiatives


• Act as a key point of contact between the team and management


• Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team leadership, ideally within iGaming, customer support, or live operations environments


• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to manage performance, motivate teams, and handle challenges effectively


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills


• High level of reliability, integrity, and accountability
