If you’d like to work at an innovative fintech with a global footprint that is redefining the industry, then we want you!Provenir is hiring a Solutions Marketing Manager/ Propositions Manager to own solution-level storytelling and sales enablement in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role sits within our Solutions (Pre-sales, Principal Consultants, Enablement and Solution Owners) organization and is responsible for how our solutions are packaged, positioned, and Go-To-Market for sales and commercial teams—across region, industries, use cases, and buyer needs.You will work at the intersection of product, solutions, and sales, translating complex capabilities into compelling narratives that accelerate deals. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with direct influence on pipeline, win rates, and sales effectiveness.What You’ll DoOwn proposition positioning and sales messaging end to end, from narrative development through field adoptionBuild, iterate, and scale:Core pitch decks and sales narrativesSolution, industry, and persona-specific presentationsUse case, outcome, and ROI-driven sales materialsSupporting the creation of Infographics, Datasheets and customer facing artefactsTranslate technical and platform capabilities into clear, differentiated business value for executive and buyer audiencesPartner closely with:SMEs to shape credible, field-ready messagingSales and pre-sales teams to support discovery, demos, workshops, and deal strategyProduct Marketing + Product to ensure alignment with product direction, roadmap, and messaging consistencySupport high-impact customer and prospect engagements, including strategic demos and executive sessionsImprove quality, consistency, and speed across RFPs, proposals, and deal-specific materialsCreate modular, reusable content frameworks that enable sales teams to tailor messaging quickly without sacrificing clarity or accuracyAct as a feedback loop between the field and product teams, continuously refining messaging based on real-world deal insightsWhat You Bring2-3+ years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, pre-sales, or within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise B2B environmentExceptional storytelling and presentation skills (including creating slides), with a bias toward clarity, structure, innovation and impactExperience in fintech, risk, data, analytics, or decisioning platforms particularly solving for Credit Risk Onboarding, ID&V, Application fraud and Customer ManagementProven track record of creating executive-ready sales materials that support complex, consultative sales cyclesAbility to distill complex, technical solutions into clear, outcome-oriented value propositionsExperience building scalable, modular sales content that can evolve as products, markets, and use cases changeComfort in moving quickly, and building structure as the organization scalesStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsNice to HavePrior experience supporting global or multi-region SaaS sales teamsOur employees are our top priority; we offer comprehensive health and wellness plans.
