This role acts as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all digital solutions, collaborating directly with Account Executives (AEs) across various vertical teams (e.g., Financial Services, Auto, Retail) to identify opportunities and drive digital revenue growth within their existing customer base. The SSE is crucial for shifting clients from traditional data use to advanced digital marketing and programmatic activation.What you will doPartner directly with AEs to identify, qualify, and close deals centered around Equifax Digital Solutions (e.g., IXI Audiences, Digital Prescreen, Digital Onboarding, etc.)Act as the Digital SME in client meetings, translating complex ad tech and compliance issues into clear business valueDrive adoption of Equifax products across Media Agencies and Equifax clients to achieve the team's annual digital revenue targetsRepresent the voice of the customer (client, agency, and platform) back to the internal Digital Product team to guide the roadmap for future innovationsBuild high-touch, credible relationships with client, agency, and platform contacts to position Equifax as a trusted advisor and expand reliance on our digital data solutionsLeads account strategy and planning motions with cross-functional team to align customer business imperatives with Equifax solutionsPrepares and conducts periodic customer business reviewsManages contracting and contract complianceDrives strong pipeline development and sales executionWhat experience you need7-10 years of experience exceeding sales goals as a B2B account manager, solution sales, business development or related sales roleBachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experienceDeep knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and trends (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, display, programmatic, email, etc.)Understanding of customer acquisition and retention trends within the financial services industry, strongly preferredTech savviness and familiarity with digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, analytics dashboards, marketing automation software, consumer identity graph and supporting variables) to manage accounts effectivelyWhat could set you apartIndustry Expertise: knowledge of the specific digital landscape the AE operates in, including key trends and competitorsAdaptability: ability to stay updated with the constantly evolving digital landscape, learning new technologies and adapting strategies accordinglyEquifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $129,8300.00 to $140,000.00.
