The Software Quality Assurance Developer II (Manual Software Tester) is a hands-on, detail-oriented contributor who helps ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of CRM web and mobile applications. This role focuses on thoughtful manual testing, deep exploration of product behavior, and close collaboration with cross‑functional partners in an Agile environment. The Software Quality Assurance Engineer II plays a meaningful role in validating business requirements, identifying risk, and continuously improving how quality is built into products.
