Role OverviewWe’re looking for an absolute killer in social media and affiliate marketing — someone who doesn’t just post content but drives revenue, builds partnerships, and closes deals. This is a performance-focused role, not just social media posting. You will own:Social media growthAffiliate recruitment & managementPaid collaborations & influencer dealsRelationship-building with creators, brands, and communitiesIf you live in DMs, know how to negotiate collabs, and can turn creators into sales channels — this role is for you. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Growth & Strategy: Own and execute Smartersnacks’ social media strategy (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Create, plan, and publish high-performing content (organic + paid)Stay on top of trends, formats, hooks, and viral mechanicsAnalyze performance and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions Affiliate MarketingRecruit, onboard, and manage affiliates (creators, influencers, niche pages)Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliatesCreate affiliate offers, promo calendars, and campaign pushesMonitor affiliate performance and scale what worksBe the main point of contact for affiliates — proactive, responsive, and persuasive Paid Collaborations & Influencer DealsIdentify and reach out to creators for paid collaborationsNegotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage rightsCoordinate campaigns from outreach to execution to reportingEnsure collaborations drive sales, not just likes What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills: Proven experience in social media growth + affiliate marketingStrong negotiation and communication skillsComfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and closing dealsData-driven mindset — understands ROAS, CPA, conversions, and attributionKnows how to spot creators who actually sellBonus (Nice to Have): Experience with DTC / eCommerce brands ( specifically with food, CPG, or health & wellness brands)Experience working with startups or fast-moving brandsFamiliar with affiliate platformsUnderstanding of paid ads amplification for creator content Salary: Competitive monthly compensation (based on experience)
