As our Shopper Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of retail marketing programs that drive discovery, trial, and repeat purchase across key U.S. retail partners. You’ll work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to turn shopper insights into creative retail activations that help our partners win and help more consumers discover TRIP.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail ActivationDevelop in-store displays, promotions, POS, and retail activationsBuild shopper marketing toolkits to support launches and key retail momentsEnsure strong shelf presence across retail partnersRetail PartnershipsPartner with Sales on retail launches and key account initiativesCreate custom programs for priority retailersCollaborate with agencies and retail partners on co-marketing activationsRetail Media & InsightsSupport retail media campaigns and digital shopper initiativesBuild shopper marketing calendars aligned with retail windowsUse syndicated data and insights to track performance and optimize programsABOUT YOU5+ years in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing within CPGExperience working with national retail accountsFamiliarity with retail media networks and syndicated data platforms (SPINS, Nielsen, Circana, etc.)Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsCreative thinker who can turn insights into impactful retail programsThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.THE PACKAGEThe base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
