Department OverviewThe Services Offer Management team is a part of Motorola's Global Services segment responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola Solutions' Managed, Support & Professional services offerings across all our portfolios. These individuals who are located globally are tasked with growing Motorola's business by creating services that go along with the Company's products to create solutions. This particular role is focused on the Video and Command Centre Software segment of Motorola Solutions.Job DescriptionResponsibilities of the Services Product Manager DRN, MVTrac & SCM include :Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of solutions soldCollaborate with Sales and Account Management to present and demonstrate the operational value of our integrated solutions to prospective and current clients.Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery of servicesBe the voice of the customer for repossession agencies, translating their operational challenges and technological needs into clear requirements for the Product Development teams.Become the internal expert on how our hardware (e.g., GPS trackers, ALPR, mobile devices) and software (e.g., case management, dispatch, compliance platforms) interact and are used in the field.Serve as the top-tier liaison for complex, recurring hardware/software integration and operational issues reported by repossession agencies.Analyze data on service usage and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategiesConduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologiesManage relationships with key partners and vendors related to services offeringsTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to services revenue and profitabilityProvide regular updates and insights to senior management on the state of the services business.Travel periodically to client sites to observe and analyze their operations, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through our solutions. Recommended Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferredStrong understanding of integrated hardware and software solutions (e.g., mobile apps, SaaS platforms, telematics, IoT devices). Minimum of 3+ years of Services relevant work experience, preferably in product management or marketing within a technology or telecommunications industryProven track record of successfully launching new products or servicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively at all organizational levelsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersHighly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeDesirable: Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the repossession industry and field operations (e.g., assignment processing, skip tracing, collateral tracking, compliance requirements, agent workflows).Target Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
