Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior-level Virtual Assistant to support a fully remote marketing agency and SaaS company operating across multiple countries. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and strong soft skills, with the ability to manage operational tasks, executive support, and internal coordination with minimal oversight.This is not an entry-level VA role. The ideal candidate is an experienced, dependable operatorwho can keep systems, people, and priorities aligned, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Core Responsibilities1. Operations & Systems Support (Approx. 30–35%)● Maintain and update internal systems, dashboards, and Google Sheets● Perform accurate data entry and data pulling from internal/custom-built tools● Learn and navigate proprietary software built by the engineering team● Ensure operational data is organized, up to date, and reliable2. Client & Team Operations Support (Approx. 30–35%)● Support internal teams by ensuring client-related workflows are organized● Act as a backend support layer for customer operations (non-client-facing)● Ensure internal team members have the information, files, and updates they need● Maintain task trackers and follow-ups related to client operations3. Executive Assistant Support (Approx. 30–35%)● Manage inbox and calendar for the founder● Track tasks, reminders, and deadlines to prevent missed items● Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and internal coordination● Anticipate needs and proactively surface issues before they escalate4.
