If you want to push the boundaries of AI, reshape how security is done, and join the group defining this new era of defense—we’d love to talk.Your Role: Senior Product Marketing ManagerWe’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager who can define and articulate the value of XBOW’s autonomous offensive security platform to highly technical buyers, practitioners, and executives. This role sits at the intersection of product, security research, sales, and marketing with the primary ownership of how our technology is positioned, explained, and brought to market.You’ll translate deep technical capabilities, such as AI-driven vulnerability discovery, exploit validation, and continuous learning systems into crisp narratives, differentiated messaging, and compelling go-to-market strategies. You’ll work directly with product managers, security researchers, and engineers to understand what’s truly novel, then turn that into positioning that resonates with CISOs, AppSec leaders, red teams and industry analysts.You’ll thrive here if you love going deep on complex technology, can speak fluently with both hackers and executives, and are excited to define a new category in security.What you will doOwn technical product positioning and messaging for XBOW’s autonomous offensive security platform and key capabilitiesDevelop and maintain technical narratives that clearly differentiate XBOW from legacy pentesting, scanners, and emerging AI security toolsContinuously assess competitive landscape and develop associated counter-positioning to support sales enablement and associated artifacts (i.e, sales battle cards, competitive campaigns, etc.)Partner closely with Product and Security Research to deeply understand roadmap, vulnerability coverage, exploitation techniques, and AI learning systemsTranslate technical innovation into customer-facing artifacts: launch messaging, solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, demos, and sales enablementLead product launches from beta to GA, including messaging, packaging, pricing input, and cross-functional readinessBuild technical enablement for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer SuccessDevelop and consistently evaluate pricing and packaging of XBOW offerings to marketWork directly with customers to capture proof points, use cases, and real-world impact stories to develop ROI calculations and value measurementsSupport analyst relations and technical briefings with clear, defensible narrativesDefine success metrics for product marketing impact: customer adoption, pipeline influence, win/loss insights, and message resonanceSkills and qualificationsEssential:Degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experienceSignificant experience in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, developer tools, or infrastructure platformsStrong technical foundation in application security, vulnerability management, or offensive security conceptsAbility to understand and explain AI/ML-driven systems in practical, security-relevant termsProven experience translating complex technical products into clear positioning and messagingDeep curiosity—you want to know how things actually work under the hoodExcellent written and verbal communication skills, from technical deep dives to executive-level narrativesExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and SalesData-driven mindset with the ability to incorporate customer insights and market feedback into strategyAdvantageous:Hands-on background in penetration testing, security research, or AppSec toolingExperience marketing AI-native or autonomous security productsPrevious experience at high-growth security or DevOps companiesFamiliarity with vulnerability disclosure programs, bug bounties, or offensive security workflowsExperience supporting analyst relations or technical pressWhat we offerCompensation & Equity: Competitive salary and equity package, making you a true owner of the companyCareer Growth: Shape the product marketing function and grow with the company as we define a new security categoryMeaningful Work: Tackle technically complex challenges and play a pivotal role in how AI transforms cybersecurity, alongside world-class researchers and buildersWe aren’t focused on seniority titles at XBOW—so if you’re worried about “leveling,” don’t be.
