Your creative thinking will be valued and directed toward solving real-world challenges and creating lasting impact.About the role:We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our AI agent platform.In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define how AI agents, workflows, and outcomes are communicated to the market. You’ll own end-to-end positioning and GTM execution for key product areas and play a critical role in scaling how the product is launched, sold, and adopted.This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who brings strategic clarity, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys being hands-on.What you’ll do:Lead Product Messaging & PositioningOwn and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for AI agents and workflowsTranslate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives for different audiencesDefine differentiation in a competitive AI and automation landscapeDrive Go-To-Market Strategy & LaunchesLead go-to-market strategy and execution for new features, agent capabilities, and major releasesDefine GTM plays including target audiences, personas, messaging frameworks, and launch plansPartner with Product and Engineering from early development through launch and post-launch iterationEnable Revenue & Customer TeamsBuild high-impact sales and customer enablement assets (pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, battlecards, messaging documents)Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve product understanding, competitive positioning, and deal executionSupport customer-facing narratives that drive adoption, expansion, and retentionOwn Market, Customer & Competitive InsightsDevelop deep understanding of customer needs, buying behavior, and real-world use casesGather and synthesize insights from customers, sales conversations, and product usage dataMonitor the competitive landscape and proactively adjust positioning and messagingAct as a Cross-Functional LeaderServe as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer SuccessManage complex, interdependent initiatives with multiple stakeholdersOperate comfortably between high-level strategy and hands-on executionWhat you’ll have:Minimum Qualifications5–8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles at B2B technology companiesProven experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy end-to-endStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical conceptsExperience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teamsComfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-growing environmentsNice to HaveExperience with AI, automation, data platforms, or developer-focused productsFamiliarity with AI agents, workflows, APIs, or enterprise softwareExperience influencing strategy without formal people managementExperience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teamsWhy This Role MattersYou’ll shape how AI agents that automate real work are positioned and brought to marketYou’ll have significant ownership and influence across product and GTM strategyYou’ll work on a cutting-edge AI platform with direct impact on growth and adoptionYou’ll help mature and scale the Product Marketing functionSalary & BenefitsSalary Range: $160,000 - $200,000Generous equity compensationFlexible vacation/time-off policyAll U.S. federal holidays observed, plus an additional company-wide Week of Rest in DecemberCompetitive benefits package - 100% premium coverage for employees and generous coverage for dependentsWork-from-home stipend to support your ideal setup401(k) planThe base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is between $160,000 - $200,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.
