Our customers are redefining the patient experience, and Cerbo OptiMantra exists to give them the technology foundation to grow, scale, and deliver better care.    What You’ll Do  As Senior Product Marketing and Content Manager, you will build and execute an AI-first approach to product marketing, SEO/GEO, and content-driven growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who can create high-impact content, support sales with strong competitive positioning, manage resources, and build AI- powered workflows that improve insights, speed, and performance across marketing.   Primary Responsibilities  AI-Driven Content and Product Marketing Strategy Build workflows to analyze sales calls, CRM data, and win/loss insights Translate insights into messaging, positioning, and website updates Develop and maintain competitive battlecards and objection-handling frameworks  Continuously refine ICP segmentation across key practice types SEO & GEO Execution Own keyword strategy aligned to high-intent segments Execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies Identify content gaps and ranking opportunities using AI-supported research Optimize content performance based on data and search trends Content Development  Write and produce blog content: Thought leadership, Whitepapers, Listicles Product and customer education materials Create high-performing email content, including nuture sequences, sales emails, and promotional campaigns Build scalable workflows for content production and repurposing Run A/B tests across:Educational vs. conversion-focused contento Messaging angles and toneo Formats including blogs, video, and infographics Sales Enablement & Campaign Support Create segment-specific nurturing, sales cadences and messaging Update sales decks, one-pagers, and supporting materials Align website and sales messaging for consistency Support product launches and GTM initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications    5 to 8 years in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Growth Marketing in SaaS  Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience in blogging and long-form content Experience managing website content in a CMS Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform) Experience creating and managing multi-channel content (written, video, social, visual) Experience with SEO and keyword strategy execution Familiarity with AI tools for content, research, or analysis Excitement to use AI to build and scale messaging across the sales funnel and customer marketing Experience building sales enablement materials Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, lean environment Nice to have: Healthcare technology, EHR, or vertical SaaS experience Experience working with segmented ICPs or multi-product brands Why Join Us High ownership and direct impact on growth Opportunity to build scalable marketing systems from the ground up Work at the intersection of AI, content, and product marketing Help modernize and support independent healthcare practices Compensation & Benefits  Competitive compensation based on experience   Paid Time Off and company holidays    Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits   Short-term and long-term disability Insurance   401k plan with matching company contribution   Real ownership and impact in a fast-growing health tech company      Location: 100% Remote  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. LocationAtlanta, Georgia (Remote)DepartmentMarketingEmployment TypeFull-TimeMinimum ExperienceMid-level
