Senior Product Manager - Technology Strategy & Architecture

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager - Technology Strategy & Architecture, to lead the strategy, design and delivery of our Global Tax and Treasury platforms. This role operates at the intersection of Finance, Engineering and Compliance, driving system architecture, product direction and execution across critical financial workflows.This is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of Product Owners and Technical Architects, ensuring alignment between business priorities and scalable technology solutions. You will lead modernization of tax and treasury technology stacks, define system architectures, manage complex integrations and enable real-time, compliant and resilient financial operations across global operations.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsAt least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, or Finance Systems10+ years of experience leading and developing Product Owners, or Technical teams10+ years of experience with treasury platforms (e.g., Kyriba), tax engines (e.g., OneSource, Vertex, Avalara), and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, NetSuite)10+ years of experience supporting tax processes across Procure-to-Pay (S2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows, including indirect and withholding taxBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)It would be great if you also had . . .Experience designing and delivering multi-system integrations across ERP, TMS, and tax platforms using APIs, SFTP, and middleware (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)Solid understanding of banking integrations and standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT, NACHA, CAMT, BAI2)Experience with global e-invoicing mandates and Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC)Background in treasury operations, tax compliance, or financial accountingFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureExperience operating in complex, multi-ERP and global environmentsExperience leading large-scale finance transformation or system modernization initiativesWhat will you be doing in this role?Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Tax and Treasury platformsLead architecture strategy, including API-first and event-driven designs for financial data flowsOversee integrations across ERP, tax engines, treasury systems, and global banking networksDrive platform modernization, scalability, and standardization across business unitsEnsure compliance with financial regulations, SOX controls, and audit requirementsAbout the TeamYou will work closely with Tax, Treasury, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver global financial technology solutions. The team focuses on tax compliance, treasury operations, ERP integration, and automation initiatives.
