We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Risk & Payments in United States.This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and scale the risk and payments experience across account opening and lending workflows. As a Senior Product Manager, you will design and optimize payment flows and fraud controls to ensure security, efficiency, and trust while minimizing friction for users. You will work closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to drive alignment and deliver measurable impact on revenue, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires balancing high-stakes decision-making with the ability to absorb organizational bandwidth needs, while maintaining a focus on strategic priorities. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, helping the company scale product capabilities and ensure smooth financial experiences for customers. Accountabilities·         Own and scale risk and payments workflows across digital account opening and lending.·         Develop product plans, manage the backlog, and prioritize urgent escalations related to fraud and payments.·         Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to execute build vs partner strategies and ensure alignment.·         Deliver measurable improvements in risk controls, payment reliability, and user experience.·         Serve as a trusted product leader, guiding cross-functional teams, engaging with customers, and responding to escalations.·         Provide support across account opening product initiatives during high-demand periods.Requirements·         3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B, fintech, or high-stakes domains (payments, risk, compliance, or fintech infrastructure).·         Demonstrated ability to ship products balancing user needs, compliance requirements, and business goals.·         Strong execution skills with a proven track record of delivering in fast-paced, high-growth environments.·         Excellent collaboration skills, able to partner effectively across product, engineering, and GTM teams.·         Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and contribute across multiple initiatives as required.·         Strong strategic thinking, judgment, and ability to prioritize under competing demands.
